All full priced items may be returned within 14 days of the purchase date. Must be unwashed, unworn, clean, smoke free, tags attached and in original condition. Your sales receipt must be present. If no receipt is available, only store credit will be given, in the form of a gift card.
Returns will be refunded to the original payment used or can be given via gift card.
No returns/refunds given after 14 days.
We do not accept checks.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged items - this will be assessed by owners on an individual basis. If your item has been shipped to you and you receive it damaged, please contact us at hometownbasics@gmaill.com within 3 calendar days of receiving the item.
If you need to return an item and want to ship it, you are responsible for the shipping cost and need to notify us prior to shipping. Send email to hometownbasics@gmail.com.  We are not responsible for lost packages when returning items. After the item is received, 1-3 days are needed for item(s) to be inspected and action taken.
